In the historic and environmentally conscious Augustenborg neighborhood of Malmö, we had the privilege of overseeing a major electrical contracting project on behalf of MKB Bostads AB. The project encompassed everything from the modernization of the building’s electrical systems and energy-efficient lighting to the installation of advanced access control and building automation systems.
Augustenborg is known for its high sustainability standards, which meant that significant emphasis was placed on smart energy solutions that reduce the properties’ carbon footprint. Through close and transparent collaboration with MKB’s project management team, we succeeded in delivering a future-proof and reliable facility, fully on schedule and within budget.
One of the biggest challenges was minimizing disruption to residents during the project. Thanks to careful planning, clear communication, and a flexible approach, we were able to carry out the project with the utmost consideration for the tenants’ daily lives. The result is modern housing with high electrical safety and optimized energy use, which strengthens MKB’s long-term management of the area.
