In collaboration with Castellum, we have future-proofed a new-construction project for condominiums by installing a comprehensive and smart energy solution. The buildings have been equipped with high-efficiency solar panels on their roofs, combined with a modern battery storage system.
By integrating energy storage directly into the buildings’ infrastructure, the solar power generated on-site can be stored and used when demand is highest—for example, to power lighting in common areas or charge electric vehicles during the hours of darkness. This significantly reduces the association’s operating costs while offering residents a genuinely green and climate-smart home—an investment that combines long-term property economics with modern sustainability.
